1) Information We Collect and Use — Service (Platform & Apps)
A. Personal Information You Provide
Account details: full name, email address, password (hashed)
SMS Campaign data: SMS content you send through SMSdojo.io; mailing lists (recipient phone numbers), list names, and optional contact names you provide
Incoming SMS (optional): if you enable “send incoming SMS” in the application, copies of inbound SMS routed through SMSdojo.io
B. Device and Network Information (to operate the Service)
Note:These data points are required to enable reliable SMS delivery via your device, manage connectivity, detect abuse, and troubleshoot. All sensitive data are encrypted in transit and at rest. You can delete your SMSdojo.io data at any time from your dashboard or by request.

GPS/location data
Call logs or call audio
Your device’s contact/address book
D. How We Use Your Information (Service)
Provide, operate, and maintain SMS sending/receiving functionality

The SMSdojo.io – Send Unlimited SMS via your Android Google Sheets Add‑on is designed to minimize data collection.
A. What the Add‑on Accesses/Processes
Spreadsheet content only to perform actions you request (e.g., read target columns for phone numbers and messages, write delivery statuses)
Your Google Drive folder location for saving logs/status (if you choose such features) to allow updates to take place
We do not keep a persistent copy of your Google Sheets/Drive file contents on our servers. The Add‑on processes data ephemerally to perform the requested task and does not store or index document contents, file names, or a history of which files were updated, beyond optional logs you explicitly enable within your own Google Drive/Sheet.
B. What the Add‑on Does Not Do
No collection of your Google account password
No sale, trade, or transfer of your data to outside parties
No persistent storage of your Google Docs/Sheets contents on SMSdojo.io servers
No cookies used by the Add‑on itself
C. Google API Services User Data Policy (Limited Use)
Use of information received from Google APIs by the Add‑on adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data obtained via Google APIs is used only to provide or improve Add‑on features, is not transferred to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve those features, and is not used for advertising.
D. Support Data (Add‑on)
If you contact support (e.g., via Google Form or email), we may collect the information you provide (contact email, description of the issue, optional screenshots) solely to investigate and resolve your request.
3) Third‑Party Services
SMSdojo.io uses third‑party services that may collect information used to identify you or provide diagnostics. Their respective privacy practices apply:

4) Log Data
In case of errors or for performance monitoring, we collect diagnostics and Log Data (which may include IP address, device name, OS version, app configuration, timestamps, and other statistics). Some data are collected via the third‑party services listed above.

The Service may use third‑party code and libraries that use “cookies” to improve their services. You can accept or refuse cookies through your browser settings. Refusing cookies may limit certain features. The Add‑on itself does not use cookies.

We retain your account data and SMS campaign data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service.
You can delete SMS, mailing lists, and device data from your dashboard. Upon request, we will delete your account data, subject to legal retention requirements.
Backups are kept for a limited period for disaster recovery and are purged on a rolling schedule.
7) Security
We use commercially acceptable safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and monitoring. However, no method of transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
